November 30, 2004 Mr. David Saffrin David, After seeing your Grease Gator parts washer on display in St. Louis at the Super Guild, and seeing a demonstration, we thought it would be worthwhile to try one out for ourselves. Previously, we owned 3 of our own parts washers, two of which were System One machines. The Grease Gator was delivered in late October. It worked so well that by late November, we had sold both of our Series One machines. The Grease Gator came fully assembled and in a short time after adding water and the chemicals, we were ready to put it into action. Within a few days, none of our service techs were using any of our other parts washers. It cleans a thousand times better than anything we have used before and it cleans things we couldn't clean before with our other units. It also has no odor and is safe for our staff who have not experienced any irritation or long term effects from prolonged exposure to the cleaning solution. Add to that the fact that parts won't rust after they are cleaned and it's pretty hard to beat! Since the Grease Gator cleans faster, our productivity has gone up as well. As such, we have moved the Grease Gator to a central location in our shop so that everyone is in close proximity to it to use. As for maintaining the Grease Gator, every night we have one of our hourly guys clean the screen in the drain and check the water level for evaporation and he adds water if needed. Then once a week, usually on Friday, he drains the reservoir of any waste oil in the unit. He just opens the valve, drains out the oil and closes it as soon as he sees clear liquid coming out. We then sell the used oil from the Grease Gator along with our other waste oil. We also no longer have the need to have an outside service come it to change the cleaning solution as the Grease Gator's cleaning solution always stays clean and is non-hazardous. The Grease Gator is everything it was promoted to be and more and I would recommend it to any other dealer who asks me about it. Nothing in the market that I have seen competes with this product with regard to how well it cleans, how fast it cleans and how inexpensive it is to operate.
