Oil does not wear out, it gets dirty. When collected, used oil materials can be recycled and reprocessed into useful products instead of becoming an environmental threat. Used motor oil is a valuable energy resource. If you recycle just two gallons of used oil it can generate enough electricity to run the average household for almost 24 hours.
